State Tournament Weekend

One of the fun things about living in a small town is how the community rallies around their high school sports teams. Our girls volleyball and boys football teams both made it to state this season and our town is awash in pride!  Every window on our business street is painted green & gold.  We are heading down to St. Paul to take in the girls volleyball games for the next three days.  Two courts of games going every 2 hours from 9:00 AM to about 9:00 PM - a volleyball lovers dream come true. Go Nevis!

Back to quilty things on Monday...

  1. Good morning Deb- I found your blog via 'Sew Many Ways'. I did not link this time in 'Find A Friend Friday', but I linked the previous time before, and found it a wonderful way to make new blog friends.

Your quilts are beautiful! I too have a stack of unfinished quilts and various other sewing projects, just waiting for some attention.

I live in N. California on a small farm. Retired now, living with my husband. We have 3 grown daughters, 2 grand-baby girls, and another grand-baby girl arriving in late Dec/Early Jan.

    Keep up the beautiful quilting!
