Today I predict more of the same with Christmas decorating mixed in with football watching. I'm a little nervous about the tree and a kitten so we will start with no ornaments and go from there. I can't help but laugh at this pic I saw on facebook last week!

Pretty cat and quilts I love! the pic of the cats singing. I own a schnauzer, he is cat like for a dog. He uses his front paws like a cat and loves chasing anything that rolls across the floor.He is cuddled up in the chair with my husband right now. He also likes to get covered with a quilt when he sleeps. He sure has filled our empty nest. Your cat seems to be blessed to have a great home also.

ReplyDeleteI once had 17 rescue kittens in over Christmas and took the tree down in the end lol
All 17 would run from end of the room to the other at night, they sounded like a marauding army, chasing baubles and dragging garland about!
It was so funny to hear from upstairs and see the catastrophe each morning lol
They were an absolute joy having said that but after the tree camw down for the third time, I put it outside lol
spoil sport that's me lol
Elsa is a cutey and such lovely markings, Id indulge her too lol
Stitching slowly has a lot going for it!
Your quilt pictures are gorgeous and the kittens made me smile :)

ReplyDeleteI'm still laughing at your kitties cartoon :*) Love your new baby - she's adorable!!! I so wish we were in a position to have a new baby kitten. Gypsy would never allow it and I would fear for its life! And after she leaves us, I think we will need a little break :*) But someday I will have another little baby kitty :*) Enjoy yours - they are precious!
ReplyDeleteThe perfect storm, a kitten and a Christmas tree. The first year I had Cricket she climbed the tree, got her hind paw twisted in the pre wired light strands and from the howls I thought she was being electrocuted. After unplugging the tree, getting her untangled and receiving several scratches from rescuing her she was fine but didn't go near the tree again. That was three years ago and she still gives the Christmas tree a wide berth. P.S. Love the quilt and the quilting.
