Sew Mama Sew Giveaway Day!

Get ready to exercise your fingers everyone...
I was very new to blogging when I joined last years Giveaway Day organized by Sew Mama Sew and had no idea how HUGE this event is! So of course I want to join in the fun again.

One word sums up what I've been blogging about over the last year - UFOs. If you look at my UFO Countdown on the right you will see that I've finished 71 UFOs in the last 14 months. My Word of the Year for 2013 has been FINISH.

But that's enough about me... here is what I am giving away to ONE of YOU:
A 9 fat quarter bundle of Pearl Bracelets by Lizzy House! I have been head over heels in love with this line all year so it seemed like the perfect choice for a giveaway prize.

UPDATE: This giveaway is now closed. I guess I'm not the only one who loves Pearl Bracelets judging by all the entries!

Mr Random selected:
Who is:

And, I would LOVE it if you came back to check out my blog when you have a few free minutes. I've got lots of eye candy on my Finished Quilts pages for you. I can't tell you much I am looking forward to wrapping up my Year of Finish and mixing in lots of NEW projects in 2014. 2013 for me has been about embracing change. I finally buckled down and have been losing weight that I've wanted off for a long time (and have lost 40 lbs so far). I've also stepped outside my fashion comfort zone and tried (and loved) maxi dresses, colored pants, and skinny jeans!

    ReplyDelete
  93. 2013 can only be described as "Devastating" unfortunately. Would love to inject a bit of colour and cheer into my friends life as she lost her only son this year. This fabric along with some "special" fabric to make a memory quilt would be perfect.

    ReplyDelete
  114. Horrible. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and have gone through multiple surgeries with it and am now going through the process of reconstruction. My husband also lost his job this year through no fault of his own. When government shut down occurred they decided to cancel his civilian companies contract and then later awarded to to another company. He was out of work for over a month and didn't qualify for unemployment benefits as he is retired military and draws a extremely small check for it. And the renters in our rental property that a property management firm handles for us out of the area. The renters moved out after their 2 year contract ended and our home was extremely messed up and needed tons of repairs and work before it was able to be listed on the market again. So this has been a horrible year...

I really enjoy reading comments! Thanks for taking the time to leave me one. I try to respond to all comments except during big giveaways.

I have had to turn off anonymous comments for now due to a sudden increase in spam. Please send me an email instead and I will respond to you.
