What's New:
I've got 160 strips cut for Feed Sacks (from Kim Brackett's "Scrap-Basket Surprises" book) and now I'm working on the 80 shorter length strips.
A selection of toys for the grand cats... the natives are getting restless! Tucker has one favorite toy and little interest in anything else but these two are always ready for something new.
What's (Still) Hot:
- Thimbleberries Jacob's Ladder - quilting stage
- RSC13 blocks - black & white Birds In the Air blocks
- And Sew On blocks - I have GOT to get one done TODAY!
I can't wait to see your "Feed Sacks" quilt! Happy to hear your mom is recovering well :)
ReplyDeleteYour project looks very happy...as do the grandcats! My kitty loves a feather craft boa. He looks like he has a long fumanchu when he plays with it
ReplyDeleteHave fun sewing! Always nice to relax when we are caring for our parents. I've been there!
ReplyDeleteThose fabrics are like a breath of fresh air!
ReplyDeleteYour fabric is like candy to the eyes. I do not have this book but it is on the way, now. Could not resist the pattern. Thank you for sharing. Wishing your Mother well and a quick recovery.
ReplyDeleteYour color choices are wonderful. Hope you have fun making Feed Sacks - I've made it four times and it's one of my favorites!
