Cat Antics Part 2

Last week I posted about the holiday adventures of Tucker, J-Meow and Jax in Cat Antics Part 1. Thankfully, Part 2 involves no broken teapots!

My daughter decided we should put out a puzzle while she was home and started laying it out one afternoon while I was in the quilting room. She called me in to check out J-Meow who was on puzzle tray testing duty.
 Not very comfortable!
A bit later I heard some laughter and my daughter came in to show me this pic on her iPhone. A bigger box and a game of Peek-A-Boo!  I spy J-Meow.
By the way, the puzzle is still on the table with the all black pieces left... not very fun at this point. I'll post a pic when I finish it - a 3000 piece puzzle is huge!

Then we had another group nap session, this time in my daughter's room on the top bunk. Tucker and J-Meow are maintaining a safe distance...
But where is Jax?  J-Meow says "Don't care and stop clicking that #$&! camera!"
Here I am Grandma! Behind that funny black kitty.
For the mandatory Cat on Quilt pic we have Quilt Inspector In Training Jax who claimed this one as his for the week.
Of course, that is where Tucker usually sleeps... so he relocated to my quilting room for a new testing assignment.
Do you get the idea that he is wondering when those J-cats are going home? More Cat Antics will be posted next week!

  2. Good luck on the puzzle project! DH likes to put them together and has been doing them on-line.....takes up a lot less space!!!!! Hugs, Doreen

  3. So is Tucker wondering if they are here for good? LOL, I don't think you'll get that puzzle together as long as they are visiting! You and your daughter got some great pics!

  4. Love the cat pictures. We only have one, so not as fun as a 'herd'. I used the phrase "as hard as herding cats" at work this week and someone who had never heard that thought it was hilarious.

  6. I love the cat pictures! We have been working on puzzles recently too. I hope none of the pieces got stuck to the cat and wandered away!!

  7. I laughed at those cute cat photos! I would make a bet that the last piece of that 3000 piece puzzle may be missing due to those cute cat-antics!

  8. Deb, I noticed that you have a copy of Sunday Morning Quilts...have you started any projects out of the book?

  11. Love all of your kitties. I'm shocked that you are able to have a puzzle set up - my cats would have that strung out all over the house!

  12. Tucker is such a good sport! I love the look on his face at group nap time! Jax and J-Meow look kinda like my Kitty Baby. Oh and cleaning up a puzzle at our house begins a stalk-and-attack mission from Kitty Baby. It makes him frisky to watch my arm go back and forth. Oh those kitties!
